Dixie Chicks

Our Chicks had another good weekend going 5-1 and finishing 3rd at the Halloween Bash. We won all our pool games on Saturday beating the Ruckus 4-2, Chain Reaction 11-4 and Smithfield Galaxy 9-2. We also won our first 2 games on Sunday both by shutouts. We beat the West End Waves 5-0 and the Tornados 9-0 before losing to the eventual winners of the tournament Washington Senators 4-0. We put on quite a show hitting the ball the first 5 games then the bats went quiet in the semi-finals. It was still a good weekend and I'm looking forward to Myrtle Beach in 2 weeks. It should be a great tourney and a great way to finish another season. See you at the beach, as always GO CHICKS !!
